Every time there is a new post, it should be emailed to the mailing list. Sign up by visiting this google groups page. You will need a google account. If you do not want to sign up to google, let one of us know and I (Michael) can add you directly to the list.
As well as the mailing list you can use an rss reader. The feed link is at the right hand side of the page.
You may also use google friend connect to follow this site. If you know what google friend connect is, feel free to enlighten us.
Feel free to request another method in the comments. If it's convenient to add then I don't mind doing it.
As an aside, you can subscribe for email updates on comments to individual posts. If you do this you will be emailed whenever someone comments on the post. The idea is that if you comment on something then you might want to know what other people have to say on your comment or the post you have particular interest in. Note that you will not be notified of new posts unless you use one of the methods described above.
